This new progressive worldview on the formation of the new generations, with attributes and values typical for the past, has contributed to the process of adapting and responding to business challenges in human resources management. This article aims to analyze statistically significant differences in implementation trends of human recourses practices, more specifically in the conditions of multinational companies operating in the European area as a precondition for business sustainability and increasing their performance potential in pandemic times. We will focus on trends in human resource management - outsourcing, onboarding, age management, knowledge management and talent management in terms of the effectiveness of their implementation in the conditions of 161 multinational companies.
